Hello From the Space Coast Creative Center!
About SC3
About SC3
We are a community and coworking hub for marketing professionals, artists, freelancers, and creative minds.

So… what’s this SC3 thing all about?
We are community of creatives with a coworking space in Melbourne, Florida as our home base. The space is 5500 sqft and includes coworking desks and seating, meeting spaces, studios for rent, and more. We want to bring together marketing professionals, artists, freelancers, and creative minds to thrive together and create a more vibrant Space Coast.
First and foremost we are building a community. We want to learn from each other, refer each other and collaborate to do bigger things. We are merging marketing and culture and arts and creative thinking into a powerful and thriving community, so we become the go-to for creative solutions on the Space Coast.
We are still in the early stages as we create this community together. There’s a vision (and we’ll post a roadmap soon), but the concept is also being shaped by the Founding Members, those early adopters that are joining while the center is being shaped and formed. We are also proud to be working with our partner Brevard Cultural Alliance who are currently moving their main offices into the center! What better way to merge various groups of creative people in one place!?
So… welcome to the Space Coast Creative Center (SC3) – a collaborative coworking hub and vibrant community for marketing professionals, artists, freelancers, and creative minds. We’re excited to be in the space formerly home to Rock Paper Simple, now transformed to offer shared workspaces, meeting rooms, and professional studios built to spark creativity and help you grow. As a member, you’ll have access to coworking desks, exclusive events, networking opportunities, and our soon-to-launch creative directory. SC3 also features a 1,250 sq ft video production studio and a podcast studio. With flexible memberships and rental add-ons, it’s the perfect place to connect, create, and thrive in a supportive community.

Joshua Adams – Founder
I’m glad you’re here! I am so excited to see SC3 coming together. It represents one of my very favorite things, which is empowering talented people and creating community.
My “one thing” is Empowering Talented People. It is what I was created to do. I’ve also had the opportunity to spend 20 years in the marketing industry so have learned a great deal about how marketing and branding impacts those I work with.
Besides founding SC3, I’m also the Head Honcho at a Brand Agency called Rock Paper Simple, serve as a Fractional CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) for a few select clients, and am a Partner in the independent film studio Mendx Studios. I live in West Melbourne, Florida and love the Space Coast!
My commitment to the center and our members is to create a place where we can all thrive and be better together. I want to see our arts and marketing and creative minds all come together to make our Space Coast more vibrant and beautiful, and I want to see those awesome people thrive.
We are creating something special, and it will be successful because of the partners and founding members that come alongside me. Here’s to seeing what we build together!

Brevard Cultural Alliance – Partner Organization
As Brevard County’s designated local arts agency, the Brevard Cultural Alliance’s (BCA) mission is to build and sustain a vibrant and dynamic arts and cultural sector integral to the Space Coast’s quality of life.
Brevard County’s proud history of creative expression is a crucial part of our identity, vitality, and economic growth. We believe in supporting the growth of arts organizations and their audiences, supporting the work of individual artists, working to keep the arts in schools, and empowering arts and cultural organizations to make a difference in our community.

Catherine Esrock – Executive Director of BCA
I am so excited to work with Josh and SC3 to develop another avenue for the Space Coast arts and artists to thrive! SC3’s mission to bring together and empower talented creative people reflects what I hold most dear to my heart: fostering community and assuring others that there is no such thing as bad art.
As the Executive Director at Brevard Cultural Alliance, I’m passionate about supporting artists, promoting cultural growth, and ensuring that art remains accessible to all. When I’m not working, you can find me joyfully creating my own “bad art” and encouraging others to embrace their artistic journeys without fear. Do it scared!
The success of this extraordinary project will be possible thanks to the incredible members, artists, educators, and supporters who share this vision. Together, we can build a Space Coast culture where everyone feels welcome to explore their creative side.

Autumn Barraclough – Admin
Greetings from the SC3 Administrative Assistant! I have always believed that to live a full life we have to be constantly involved in something bigger than ourselves. That belief has taken me from venue management in Virginia to a service mission in France to studying IT and managing computer systems in Hawaii to… here! I thrive on constant growth and adaptation, which makes SC3 the perfect place for me. It’s a creative space where I can utilize all my acquired talents and knowledge – from coordinating reservations to technical support to offering a friendly “Hello” at the door. I am thrilled to be part of such a dynamic, growing community and so excited to watch it develop into a hub of activity and innovation!
SC3 Roadmap
We are hosting Founding Members meetings now to develop our roadmap. We have lots of ideas, but are working on the fundamentals right now of getting our initial members, engaging those members and working out technical kinks!
Roadmap coming soon!
